They had the best quote (collected 3) and soonest service time. Hard to beat that. My water heater stays in a tight closet on a shelf behind my water softener towers, and they wrestled out the old broken water heater without needing to move the softener units. In other quotes I received, there was a labor up-charge because of the other utilities crowding the space. Max Air did not up-charge. They even replaced a leaky pvc coupling near the new water heater. Again, no up-charge. Safe to say I will be calling these guys again when my 22 year old furnace/AC unit inevitably needs replacing soon. Thanks James & Pen.
