They do Goodman equipment and can do the new R32 refrigerant! Need I say more for any Goodman equipment owners out there. Plus, friendly! Win win!

James & Pen replaced my cracked hot water heater within a few hours of my initial call today. They had the best quote (collected 3) and soonest service time. Hard to beat that.

My water heater stays in a tight closet on a shelf behind my water softener towers, and they wrestled out the old broken water heater without needing to move the softener units. In other quotes I received, there was a labor up-charge because of the other utilities crowding the space. Max Air did not up-charge. They even replaced a leaky pvc coupling near the new water heater. Again, no up-charge.

Safe to say I will be calling these guys again when my 22 year old furnace/AC unit inevitably needs replacing soon. Thanks James & Pen.

Thank you for your prompt service - we have multiple furnaces in different locations - our new installs are awesome and our repairs of our older units were prompt and efficient - could not ask for more. ABG Prooerties. :)
